1. Purpose of the agreement 
The Customer agrees that Steinemann Disinfection may use the material listed below for promotional and communication purposes. This use can be in both print and digital form, especially on websites, social media, presentations, brochures or other marketing materials.  

2. Shared content 
The customer expressly allows Steinemann Disinfection:  

• the use of all content in all communication channels, including websites, social media, trade magazines, newsletters, presentations, brochures and other marketing materials.  

• to publish the official customer statement (testimonial) about our product.  

• To take photographs of Steinemann Disinfection products on the customer's premises.  

• to use an image of an employee of the customer representing the company as part of the publication.  

• the creation and publication of a success story about the customer's use of the products.  

• conducting and publishing an interview (written, audio or video);  

3. Rights of use rights 
Upon signing this agreement, the customer transfers to Steinemann Disinfection a simple, free, unlimited right of use in time and space to the content mentioned in point 2. Steinemann Disinfection is authorized to edit, reproduce, and use this content in commercial and non-commercial media.  

4. Data protection and personal rights 
The Customer assures that all persons depicted or quoted have consented to publication and use within the meaning of this Agreement and no third-party rights will be violated.  

5. Right of withdrawal 
The Customer may withdraw the consent given in writing for good cause. This does not affect material already published.  

6. Final provisions 
This agreement is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Steinemann Disinfection, Flawil SG.
