Terms and conditions of sale and delivery

1. Prices: Unless otherwise stated in writing in the above order confirmation, prices are in Swiss francs, net ex works, Incoterms 2020 Steinemann Flawil, without packaging, excluding VAT. A minimum order value of CHF 50 applies.
   
2. Delivery period: The delivery periods we specify are subject to reservation „force majeure“, but are non-binding. Any overruns do not entitle the purchaser to withdraw from the contract or to assert claims for damages.
   
3. Shipping: The goods are shipped, even in the case of postage, at the account and risk of the recipient.
   
4. Packaging: Packaging is charged at cost and is not taken back.
   
5. Payment: Our invoices are due within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment will be subject to late payment interest.
6. Retention of title: All goods delivered by us remain our property until payment is fully received.
   
7. Warranty: For material and perfect workmanship of the equipment, we will guarantee for two years after invoice date. This warranty does not cover wear parts and improper treatment. For parts recognized as defective by our inspection body, we will provide free replacement against return of the parts in question, but we expressly reject any further replacement claims of any kind.
   
8. Order cancellation: If the order is canceled for any reason, the client will bear the costs incurred by us.
   
9. Jurisdiction and performance: Flawil / Switzerland.
   
   
   Conditions of Sale and Delivery
   

1. Prices: Unless otherwise stated in this order confirmation, our prices are to be understood net, ex works, Incoterms 2020 Steinemann Flawil, in Swiss Francs, excluding packing, without VAT. The minimum order value is CHF 50.-.
   
2. Delivery: The delivery terms indicated by us are not binding and subject to the case of „force majeure“. The buyer is not entitled either to withdraw from the contract or to claim for indemnity, in case given terms have not been kept.
   
3. Dispatch: The delivery of the goods is always on buyer's account and risk.
   
4. Packing Material: The packing material is charged at our cost price and will not be taken back by us.
   
5. Payment: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, our invoices are due within 30 days after date of invoice. On delayed payments, interest will be charged.
   
6. Property Reservation: All delivered goods remain our property until we have received full payment.
   
7. Warranty: We guarantee the perfect workmanship and material of our instruments during two years after date of invoice. This warranty xcludes all damage due to inexpert handling and wear parts. We shall replace free of charge any damaged parts which fall under this guarantee. These parts have to be returned to us. We shall not accept responsibility for further claims of any kind.
   
8. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of an order, the accrued costs will be debited to the customer.
   
9. Place of Fulfilment and Jurisdiction: Flawil / Switzerland. Swiss Law will be applied.
   
   
   
   General conditions devente and livraison
   

1. Prix: Pour autant que des conditions spéciales n'aient pas été stipulées dans la confirmation de commande, tous les prix s'entendent en francs suisses, nets départ usine, Incoterms 2020 Steinemann Flawil, emballage et TVA non compris. Le montant minimum de commande est CHF 50.-.
   
2. Délais de livraison: Les délais de livraison convenus sont valables sous réserve de „force majeure“ mais sont sans engagement. A retard in the livraison ne peut provocquer ni l'annulation de la commande, ni une demande d'indemnité.
   
3. Expédition: Les expéditions sont faites dans tous les cases aux risques et périls du destinataire.
   
4. Emballage: L'emballage est facturé au prix de revient et ne peut être repris.
   
5. Conditions de paiement: Sauf stipulation contraire, nos factors sont payables 30 jours après la date de la facture. En cas de retard de paiement, des intérêts de retard seront porter en compte.
   
6. Réserve de propriété: Tous le matériel livré reste notre propriété jusqu'au paiement intégral du prix.
   
7. Guarantee: Nous guaranteeissons ces instruments contre tout défaut de fabrication et de matériel pour la durée de deux ans à partir de la date de la facture. This guarantee does not allow the threats to be provoked by force or by manipulation incorrect and the cash. Tous les pièces, reconnue défectueuse par notre service de contrôle, seront remplacées gratuitement à l'exclusion de tout autre dédommagement.
   
8. Annulation de la commande: Si la commande est annulée d'une raison quelconque, le client est tenu de prendre à sa charge tous nos frais. Lieu de juridiction: Flawil / Suisse.
